The feedback we’ve received from customers is that Flow is a fantastic tool, and the people at Novacura are extremely helpful... but our help site could be better.
We want you to know that we’ve listened to your feedback. And today, we’re happy to announce the launch of the new Novacura Flow help site!
“We have moved the Flow help to a new framework that will help us get better feedback and allow us to easier update the Flow help more frequently,” says Sofie Fält Andersson, Product Owner at Novacura.
Our new help site is more user-friendly, easier to navigate, and easier (on our end) to update. There’s also an option for you to let us know if your questions have been answered.
