Fehraltorf, CH – Novacura Flow was up and running within two months of purchase.
Agta record, among the world’s leading manufacturers of automatic door systems, has used the Novacura Flow digital platform to enable smarter working in its production and warehouse facilities whilst remaining flexible and in control for any future changes or improvements.
The Novacura Flow solution connects to agta record’s ERP system, Infor, as well as other applications. Supported by Novacura’s implementation partner Columbus, agta record has started to use the full suite of warehouse applications on their sites in Fehraltorf, Switzerland, Chambery, France and Wuppertal in Germany. Kos Spezialtüren will follow after summer.

“Each door is part of a bigger project. To produce a door, profiles are cut, machined and coated. Glass is purchased and glued in the frames. The doors are transported to the location and put together during installation. We use Novacura to monitor the process, to support the staff and to perform quality checks. Novacura shows us exactly where all components of a door and a project are, and creates a complete audit trail of a project lifecycle including notes and photos.”
